ARC (Adaptive Remote Controls)
Why ARC’s are better: One true test of a sound system is how easily end users can operate it. Symetrix has developed the ARC series of wall panels for easy end user control of Symetrix DSP systems. ARC’s handle music source selection, volume control, paging control, room combining, and much more. Flexible and modular, they can be mixed and matched to provide any and every acoustic space with optimum user control.
Easy to implement: An important consideration when evaluating remote control options is ease of integration. Third-party control systems can be very expensive and require considerable expertise to program and deploy. ARC’s are programmed from the same software application used to configure Symetrix DSP hardware. Configuration and test take minutes, not days. Device IDs (where necessary) are assigned with rotary decimal switches. ARC control parameters are stored in the DSP hardware and can be easily recalled and modified should the need arise.
The ARC-EX4e is identical in function to the ARC-SW4e and provides a low cost method to expand the capabilities of either an ARC-SW4e or an ARC-K1e. The ARCEX4e cannot be used standalone nor can it be combined with an ARC-2e. Up to four ARC-EX4e’s may be combined with an ARC-K1e and up to three ARC- EX4e’s may be combined with an ARC- SW4e.

Symetrix ARC-2E GRAY Menu Driven Remote Control Wall Panel for DSP Audio System

The ARC-2e is a menu-driven remote control for Symetrix DSPs with 24 menus each with up to 16 items used to control multiple basic functions or complex logic-based events including volume, presets, source selection, room combining and more. The 8-character backlit display supports up to thirty-one scrolling characters, providing user feedback for control assignments, default settings, and actions. The three buttons navigate menus, adjust parameters, and enable or disable the wall panel. The ARC-2e mounts in a single gang electrical box (US).
Navigation
Pressing the menu button moves the user through the menu names. The menu button also acts as a preset trigger when a preset list is scrolled. The up/down arrow buttons adjust parameter settings and scroll through preset lists. Holding the menu button and using the up/ down arrow keys move the user forward or backward through the menus.
Behavior
The wall panel’s behavior is programmable. Menu brightness in active and inactive states can be set independently so the display will dim in light-sensitive environments. When idle the ARC-2e can scroll a message and return to the top of its menu tree. Programmable upper and lower parameter limits contain ranges of adjustment and a button press lockout prevents tampering. The ARC-2e is furnished with a white faceplate and mounts in a single gang electrical box (US).

The Atlona AT-UHD-EX-70C-RX is an HDBaseT receiver for AV signals up to 230 feet (70 meters) over category cable with RS-232 and IR control pass-through, plus Power over Ethernet capability. It is compatible with video signals up to 4K/UHD @ 60Hz with embedded multi-channel audio and remote 48V Power over Ethernet. The AT-UHD-EX-70C-RX is HDCP 2.2 compliant and supports EDID communication. The receiver features a quarter rack width metal enclosure for easy installation with rear panel I/O ports for uncluttered wire management. Use with an optional AT-IR-CS-RX IR receiver cable to capture IR remote commands for AV system control.
This receiver is used in commercial and applications that call for an HDBaseT receiver with a compact form factor that allows for simple mounting behind displays and at projectors. These applications will not require an AC outlet for the receiver, since the receiver is powered by an Atlona switching product. This receiver will also be used to simplify control of the AV system by working with 12 volt-based IR receivers as well as passing through RS-232 commands.

The HDVS-CAM-HDBT is part of a family of PTZ cameras that includes the HDVS-CAM with USB 2.0 interface, as well as the HDVS-CAM-HDMI, with HDMI output plus USB 2.0 interface. It includes a handheld IR remote control, plus mounting hardware for convenient on-wall installation. Available as an option is the AT-HDVS-CAM-CMNT for inverted ceiling mounting. The Atlona AT-HDVS-150-TX is a 3×1 switcher and HDBaseT transmitter with two HDMI inputs and a VGA input with audio. Video signals up to 1080p, plus embedded audio can be transmitted up to 230 feet (70 meters). The HDVS-150-TX is designed for use with the AT-HDVS-150-RX receiver and HD scaler, and can serve as the central component of a compact, automated AV system with the convenience of automatic input selection and display control. The switcher is remotely powered by the HDVS-150-RX through Power over Ethernet (PoE).
Compact Switcher and Extender
The HDVS-150-TX combines the benefits of auto-switching and integrated display control, and the advantages of HDBaseT signal transmission. It incorporates many popular integration convenience features while delivering excellent value for classrooms, huddle rooms, and meeting spaces.
Surface mounting brackets are provided with the HDVS-150-TX for easy under-table, furniture, or on-wall installation.
Automatic Display Control
When used in conjunction with the HDVS-150-RX receiver, the HDVS-150-TX can provide control to a display through RS-232, without the need for a separate control system. This simplifies system design and integration while reducing costs. With automatic display control, the HDVS-150-TX can trigger a display to power on automatically whenever a laptop or other device is connected. At the end of the presentation, when the presenter disconnects the laptop, the HDVS-150-TX forces the display to power off. Ease of presenter interaction with the system, and the savings incurred by automatic display shutdown provide a significant return on investment.
A power button on the front panel can be used for manual on/off control of the display.
Automatic display control is available only when connected to the HDVS-150-RX receiver.
Auto-Switching
The HDVS-150-TX automatically selects an input source based on detection of the 5 volt hot plug detect (HPD) signal.
Applications
Education environments – The HDVS-150-TX is placed in a lectern for use with sources such as a laptop and document camera. Auto-switching technology selects the active source input, and the signal is transmitted to the HDVS-150-RX at the display.
Corporate environments – The switcher is installed below a boardroom conference table to allow presenters to easily connect their laptops to the system.

The Atlona AT-PS-POE is a 48 VDC mid-span power injector designed to send remote power to HDBaseT products that operate on IEEE 802.03af Power over Ethernet. When placed within an HDBaseT transmission line, it allows either or both HDBaseT endpoint devices to be remotely powered. The power supply features two power switches to selectively send power upstream or downstream. The PS-POE is housed in a compact enclosure and can be conveniently placed anywhere between the transmitter and receiver.

Shipping --Items are well packed and shipped USPS, UPS or Pallet Freight Service. Items purchased on Friday may not ship until Monday or until the projected processing period. We are working hard to get your unit Built ( if needed), processed and shipped.
Returns/Refunds- If there is truly a manufacturing defect a return tag will be provided, otherwise customer pays for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be sealed/unopened in original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as mount marks, plug marks, scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes, screw mount marks or collateral material damage.. Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warrantees & accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling charge.
Refunds or for the Item cost only. If the item was listed as free shipping then the cost of the shipment will be deducted from the units original cost. Gear returned with out all its original packaging, warranty cards and accessories or that shows signs of wear from use, will be subject to an additional service fee. This item is now used and it would be unfair to resell to another customer as new.
