Returns Policy
Returns/Refunds- All returns handled directly through email or Phone if there is a legit problem we will take care of it.. Customer pays for return shipping unless legit proof of a manufacturing defect can be provided, extremely rare these days. Returned items must be sealed/unopened and returned within 30 days of the original delivery date to qualify for a full refund. Refunds are for the item cost only. Gear returned without all its original packaging, & accessories or shows signs of wear, is subject to an additional service fee. This item is now used and it would be unfair to resell to another customer as new. You will need to email us and get an RA number to process any return. You can not just return the item. Upon getting a RA number then the return can be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the item back at our warehouse.
What products can not be returned? - International Sales Clearance items, Custom Builds, Road Cases, DT12 items, items identified as non-returnable, discontinued items, used or NOS items, electronic software downloads, demo gear, computers, vacuum tubes, earbuds, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, turntable cartridges, fog fluid
