The Speed of Sound
With a barely measurable round-trip latency of less than 1 ms*, it's no wonder Sound on Sound magazine dubbed Quantum-series Thunderbolt™ audio interfaces the “fastest audio interfaces on the planet.” Superb high-definition digital conversion and ultra-transparent analog XMAX mic preamps mean that your audio will always sound its best—whether you’re recording with or without your favorite plug-ins engaged in real-time.
Timeless audio
Every design decision during Quantum 2626 audio interface’s engineering was made with one goal in mind: blazing-fast speed without sonic compromise. The Quantum-series proprietary Thunderbolt driver was written from the ground up to deliver ultra-low-latency performance while maximizing efficiency. Cutting-edge 24-bit, 192 kHz converters with 115 dB of dynamic range and superior low-jitter clocking—coupled with our ultra-transparent, pure analog XMAX preamps—result in superb audio quality with the lowest round-trip latency of any audio interface available (<1 ms*).
*192 kHz, 64 sample buffer in Studio One 4.5 on a MacBook Pro 2016, 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7, running macOS 10.12.5
Superior Sound
Audiophile-grade digital converters, low-jitter clocking, and transparent preamps add up to a superior recording and listening experience. The Quantum 2626 audio interface operates at up to 192 kHz for ultra-high-definition mixing and recording. High-quality converters on every input and output provide 115 dB of dynamic range to capture complex musical harmonics smoothly and naturally, with no audible distortion. Our lauded XMAX Class A analog microphone preamps deliver incredibly high headroom, deep lows, smooth highs, and a rich overall sound so you’ll hear every breath, transient, and detail in your recordings.
Expansive audio
Impressive speed, combined with stunning sound quality, means that the Quantum Thunderbolt audio interface is an ideal recording solution for any size of studio. Need more mic preamps? Connect the PreSonus DigiMax DP88 to your Quantum interface’s ADAT/dual S/MUX ports. Once synced, the DigiMax DP88 preamps can be remotely controlled via Studio One or UC Surface. Focusrite CLARETT+ OCTOPRE 8 In / 8 Out ADAT Interface Mic Preamp Studio Console
PROFESSIONAL QUALITY 8-IN / 8-OUT ADAT PREAMP FOR THE ADAPTABLE ENGINEER
Clarett+ OctoPre is an 8-in / 8-out ADAT mic pre that delivers professional audio quality with the original Focusrite Studio Console sound.
CAPTURE DRUM RECORDINGS WITH EVERY DETAIL
The Clarett+ Mic Pre helps you achieve clear recordings in any session. With eight professional quality, low distortion, low noise mic preamps featuring fully balanced signal paths that give sessions the professional Focusrite sound.
THE TRUEST VERSION OF YOUR SOUND
From jazz to heavy metal drums, capture the performer’s vision — with masses of headroom so that you can focus on the session without having to constantly adjust gain staging. For the techie engineer, the fully balanced signal path ensures inbound signals are clean and have no unwanted colouration. Be confident in a recording that is right first time and captures the energy of a live session accurately.
GET THE CONSOLE SOUND
All-analogue Air with relay-controlled circuitry is the engineer’s secret weapon. It captures transients on drums, makes vocals shine, and ensures a precise, clear recording. When Air is engaged the Clarett+ OctoPre switches impedance to 2.2kΩ and adds two cumulative high shelves, totalling a 4dB boost in the high frequencies, which recreates the sound of the classic Focusrite ISA 110.
TRACK THROUGH YOUR FAVOURITE OUTBOARD
Clarett+ OctoPre’s eight dedicated channel inserts allow you to easily add analogue equipment to the signal path. Our flexible insert design reduces the need for a patchbay as inserts are switchable — so you spend less time reaching around the rear of the unit. Leave your outboard plugged in and simply press the button to bypass it.
MAINTAIN YOUR SIGNATURE STYLE
Exceptional D-A conversion ensures that audio quality is preserved when sending audio to analogue compressors, EQs and effects. You can easily process audio in your signature style and benefit from integrating your outboard into your workflow to achieve accurate results. Send 16 channels of high-quality audio from your computer by connecting a Clarett+ OctoPre to a Clarett+ 8Pre via ADAT — perfect for integrating an analogue mixer into your workflow.
PRESERVE THE NATURAL TONE OF YOUR GUITAR
JFET instrument inputs capture the true characteristics of guitars. The wide input bandwidth retains the purity of high frequencies and feels like you are plugging straight into an amp. Connect OctoPre to any of the other Clarett+ range to have four instrument inputs at your disposal. Perfect for DI multitracking – the band can perform together and capture the essence of the moment in a clear, clean, and accurate recording.
PREMIUM-QUALITY AUDIO OVER ADAT
Add Clarett+ OctoPre to a 2Pre, 4Pre or 8Pre to expand your I/O easily and consistently via ADAT. Non-Clarett+ users can upgrade to a professional standard by connecting to any ADAT-enabled interface, bringing the classic Focusrite sound to their recordings as well as the premium quality offered by Clarett+ OctoPre.

ART USBDUALPREPS 2 Channel Dual Preamplifier and Computer Interface USB Pre
The USB Dual Pre is a full-featured high quality dual portable preamplifier and computer interface packed into a compact rugged case.
It is designed to work over a wide variety of applications from remote field recording to desktop/studio tracking. Each of the two low noise input channels has up to 48 dB of clean gain with signal present and clip LED indicators. Inputs can be either XLR balanced or 1/4-inch TRS. Each of the 1/4-inch TRS outputs is buffered low impedance balanced.
The USB Dual Pre is powered via the USB bus. An internal 9 Volt battery, or optional external 12V power supply (or any combination of USB, battery & power supply) can be used depending on application. When running powered by battery alone, you should expect in excess of 50 hours of operation with phantom power off. Battery life will drop to approximately 20 hours (depending on microphone) when phantom powering is engaged (still enough time to get through an average session).
The built-in low noise +48 Volt phantom power supply allows you to power up to 2 microphones as well as the preamplifier when running from any power sources including the USB bus.
For monitoring, an 1/8-inch TRS mini headphone jack with level and monitor mix controls on the rear allow for latency free local monitoring of the inputs while recording as well as playback monitoring of the USB bus. The monitor mix is also routed to the 1/4-inch TRS balanced outputs. This lets you use the 1/4-inch outputs as either preamplifier outputs or as the monitor feed to your powered monitors.
The USB interface is fully compliant with the USB 1.1 specification and uses USB adaptive mode for playback and USB asynchronous mode for record. It will work with the USB audio device drivers built into Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP/Vista and Apple OS9.1/OSX computers with native USB support. No special drivers are needed.

Presonus NSB 8.8 8x8 AVB Networked Stage Box Digital Mixer Microphone Preamps
The PreSonus® NSB 8.8 networked stage box lets you put your analog I/O for your StudioLive® Series III digital mixer wherever you need it. Equipped with eight digitally controlled XMAX mic preamps, eight balanced line-level inputs, and eight analog outputs, the NSB 8.8 integrates seamlessly into StudioLive Series III digital mixers with a single Ethernet connection. Remote control input trims, phantom power, and more directly from your StudioLive Series III console or from UC Surface remote mixing software on your tablet or laptop.
The NSB 8.8 networked stage box is loaded with eight versatile locking combo jacks. Connect your microphones to the digitally controlled XMAX preamps or use the balanced ¼-inch TRS inputs to connect your line-level devices—the NSB 8.8 can handle it all. The inputs can be sent to any StudioLive Series III digital mixer on the network, and thanks to gain compensation, every mixer gets individual gain control without affecting the front-of-house mix.
An NSB-series stage box can provide inputs for more than one StudioLive Series III digital mixer on an AVB network. You can send audio from the stage to the front-of-house mixer, the mixer at the monitor position, the mixer in the broadcast booth, and more, all from the same NSB 8.8 on stage. Because control of the NSB 8.8 preamps is handled remotely on a StudioLive Series III digital mixer, a single mixer must be given master control over NSB 8.8 preamp levels and phantom power.
With some networked systems, every mixer on the network must share the same preamp level. Not so with the StudioLive Series III ecosystem: NSB-series stage boxes have onboard DSP that provides gain compensation on every input that allows every mixer on the network to make gain adjustments relative to the level set on the master mixer. In this way, every mixer can adjust the preamp level locally for optimal gain staging.
Rugged stage box, flexible installation.
PreSonus built the NSB 8.8 inside a rugged steel chassis with sturdy handles designed to survive the rigors of the most demanding tours. The NSB 8.8 is also install-friendly: Just remove the handles and attach the optional rackmount kit, and your NSB 8.8 can be racked in your studio or backstage. For permanent installations, the NSB 8.8 is also compatible with stage pockets from Ace Backstage.
One PreSonus NSB 8.8 slides easily in and out of the ACE Stage Pocket Nesting Frame. Once secured inside the stage pocket, analog cables connected to the NSB 8.8 can exit neatly through provisions inside the lid. Additional room for a single-space rack panel inside the stage pocket makes it possible to add additional connectivity at the stage floor.
A complete networked solution.
StudioLive Series III networked products form an ecosystem that is easily expanded and quickly configured. Designed to enhance each other, these products are at the forefront of AVB networking technology. The NSB 8.8 can be used alone or with many other NSB-series stage boxes to add remote audio to one StudioLive Series III digital mixer or multiple mixers on the same network. For StudioLive Series III mixers that have limited onboard analog I/O, the NSB 8.8 provides a simple expansion to a full 32- or 64-channel mixing system.
Features:
8x8 network stage box for StudioLive Series III console mixers
8 digitally controlled XMAX mic/line inputs with gain compensation for shared streams
8 line outputs
Easy configuration from StudioLive Series III console mixers and UC Surface
Built-in 2-port AVB switch with locking Ethernet connections for easy point-to-point and daisy-chain network configurations
Rugged all-metal stage box enclosure
Optional rack ears
Compatible with stage pockets from Ace Backstage

Presonus STUDIO CHANNEL 1 Ch Vacuum Tube Ch Strip Mic/Instrument Preamplifier
We named this channel strip the Studio Channel, and indeed it’s a wonderful studio tool. But it’s great for live performance, too. Featuring tube preamplification, a VCA-based compressor, and three-band EQ, it delivers a huge variety of timbres. Produce luscious, in-your-face vocals, dynamic acoustic piano, and fat, solid bass guitar, not to mention crystal-clear acoustic guitars and cracking snare. Yes, we got the name wrong; we should have called it the Anywhere Channel. But we got the design right.
Impressive headroom and a huge variety of fat sounds.
The Studio Channel’s Class A preamplifier starts with a high-output 12AX7 tube that operates on voltages double that of other preamplifiers in its class. The result is lots of headroom and big tone. Gain and Tube Drive controls enable a wide range of sounds, from transparent and clear to edgy and overdriven. A -20 dB pad, 80 Hz highpass filter, and polarity reverse let you tweak your signals to sit properly in the mix.
Fast, smooth, musical VCA compression.
Our VCA-based compressor is known for musicality and fast attack, with the ability to tame the fastest transients. From slap bass, to snare drum, to vocals, the Studio Channel’s compressor allows you to record blazing-hot signals with accurate dynamics control. In addition to ratio, threshold, attack, release and gain controls, it offers a convenient Auto Attack/Release feature with preset attack and release curves. The backlit VU meter can display gain reduction or output gain.
Sweet three-band EQ—before or after the compressor.
The three-band equalizer in the Studio Channel is a precision tool, with the ability to carve out unwanted frequencies as well as tailor your tone to enhance your sound. The EQ can be pre- or post-compressor, and you can bypass each stage independently. Custom-designed amplifiers deliver sweet-sounding gain and cut for smooth highs; deep, solid lows; and clear midrange. The midrange band is fully parametric, with variable Q, while the high- and low-frequency bands are semi-parametric, with Frequency and Gain controls but fixed Q, and can be either shelving or peak bands.
Tasty spices that work with virtually everything.
In the lunch room at PreSonus’® Baton Rouge headquarters, it’s an article of faith that Cajun spices taste great with almost everything. The Studio Channel is equally versatile, delivering great sound for virtually any type of recording or live music. And with separate XLR mic, balanced ¼-inch line, and unbalanced ¼-inch instrument inputs and balanced XLR and ¼-inch outputs, you can connect it to almost any recording interface, amp, or P.A. This really is an Anywhere Channel! Hear it for yourself at your favorite PreSonus dealer.

The NSB 8.8 is also install-friendly: Just remove the handles and attach the optional rackmount kit, and your NSB 8.8 can be racked in your studio or backstage. For permanent installations, the NSB 8.8 is also compatible with stage pockets from Ace Backstage.
The ACE Backstage #175SLBK Stage Pocket is designed to be permanently installed in the stage floor and is configured to receive PreSonus Networked Stage Boxes (NSB 8.8 and NSB 16.8) for portable onstage use and passive storage.
One PreSonus NSB 16.8 slides easily in and out of the ACE Stage Pocket Nesting Frame. Once secured inside the stage pocket, analog cables connected to the NSB 16.8 can exit neatly through provisions inside the lid.
The NSB 16.8 can be used alone or with many other NSB-series stage boxes to add remote audio to one StudioLive Series III digital mixer or to multiple mixers on the same network. For StudioLive Series III mixers that have limited onboard analog I/O, the NSB 16.8 provides a simple expansion to a full 32- or 64-channel mixing system.

Ashly NE4800 4 channel input Microphone Preamps DSP Audio System Processor
Ships free!
The Ashly ne Series DSP processors are designed for optimum flexibility and ease-of-use in a range of professional and commercial applications. The ne Series is available in three versions: the ne4400 (4 in x 4 out), the ne 4800 (4 in x 8 out) & ne 8800 (8 in x 8 out). Rear module slots can accommodate a choice of available factory-installed options, including: 4-channel input mic preamps, 4-channel AES/EBU, Cobra Net & Dante Network audio cards.
The Protea software platform (for Windows™) provides the power & flexibility needed to achieve the most demanding project requirements, yet is extremely intuitive and easy to use, even for those with little experience working with DSP. The Protea™ DSP suite offers a complete user-selectable menu of DSP, where any of up to 12 functions per input & output channel may be populated as needed, in virtually any order! These functions include: Gain, Remote Gain, Gate, Leveler, Compressor, Clip Limiter, 31-band GEQ, 10-band PEQ, Feedback Suppressor, Signal Generator, Ambient Noise Compensation, X-Over, FIR Filters, Auto-Mixing, Ducking and more….. You can even load speaker voice file presets (available in the DOWNLOADS section) directly into each output channel for optimized performance when incorporating Ashly speakers.
The ne Series hardware may also be custom built to suit your specific needs-include mic pre-amp cards for different applications-perhaps only a single 4-channel card is needed for a small conference room or retail store with paging requirements, or add more for larger conferences, schools or HoW where more mics will be used. Make the ne Series compatible with your digital ecosystem by adding AES/EBU, Cobra Net or Dante cards.
Remote control? No problem. The ne provides several remote options, from conventional, serial and networked in-wall remotes to fader controllers plus a healthy compliment of logic I/O. It even allows creating custom iPad-compatible remote templates to suit any venue (Ashly Remote app downloadable for free from the Apple App Store). The ne is also ready to work with a host of 3rd party control systems. All wrapped up in a sturdy 2 RU rack-mountable chassis, the ne Series processors are ready to work whenever you are
