Clear Com PS-702 2ch 2 Amps Rackmount Intercom Power Supply
The PS-702 can supply up to 2 amps at 30 volts DC to two channels in a 1-RU. This is sufficient to power up to 40 beltpacks,10 speaker stations, or 12 headset stations even under the most demanding conditions. Either channel is capable of supplying up to 1.2 amps. The full current capacity may be divided between the two channels.
Clear-Com’s advanced fail-safe design can sense the difference between a short and an overload. Should a problem occur, each channel’s DC overload/fault LED identifies the power supply’s response to the problem: solid means an overload is sensed, but still powered; blinking means power has been temporarily cut off to protect the power supply. If both channels are operating and one channel has a fault, the other channel will continue to operate normally. Power is restored to the shorted or overloaded channel in a little as .5 seconds. With our exclusive Intelligent Fault/Overload Sensing (IFOS), the PS-702 will dynamically increase this time period before attempting another reset until the fault or overload is corrected. This function significantly extends component life. And there is no need to disconnect stations for the power supply to reset.
The unit also offers a convenient front panel intercom line jack, switchable to either channel. This can be quite handy for trouble-shooting or simply a time saver when quick access to either intercom line is needed. A 440Hz tone is available on either or both channels and is indispensable for system diagnostics and set-up. Simply flip a switch, set a level, and go.
Like all current Clear-Com Party-Line power supplies, two or more units can be connected in parallel for increased system capacity or backup redundancy. Multiple units will automatically synchronize their response to power faults and overloads. The PS-702 can also operate as a singlechannel unit by using the front-panel A+B link switch.
Features:
Provides up to 2 amps in only 1RU
Supports up to 40 beltpacks, 10 speaker stations or 12 headset stations
Exclusive IFOS Intelligent Fault/ Overload Sensing for system reset
Front panel intercom line jack selectable for either channel
A+B Link switch for single channel operation
Balanced program input with global and individual channel controls
Universal power supply accepts 100-240 VAC
Overload/fault indicator for each channel

Clear Com KB-702 2 Channel Wall Mounted Remote Headset Speaker Station Intercom
The KB-702 remote speaker station permits the user to select between two channels of party-line communications, with the ability to talk and/or listen on the selected channel. The user can listen via the integral speaker, or may use a headset or telephone-style handset - and can talk via a headset mic, a telephone handset, or a push-totalk microphone.
Microprocessor-controlled logic and switching yields a feature-rich intercom station in a compact format. Electronic switching for the talk button, blue-color LED (on), amber color LED (o ), permits momentary or latching operation. For call signaling, a bright LED lights when a call is activated on a connected intercom channel. A defeatable audible call signal, with level control, is also provided. Separate level controls are provided for intercom level and for balanced program input. A local program source may be fed to the station, allowing the user to monitor that source while remaining in contact on the intercom system. The balanced program input can
also be used in conjunction with the stage-announce output of a main station to provide a paging interrupt, allowing paging at the KB station even if the intercom volume control is turned down.
A set of option dip switches is located at the top of the circuit board. Switches are provided for mic-latch disable (momentary-only talk), long-line operation, channel selection, call signal tracking, and audible call signaling. .
Features:
Talk/Listen from headset mic, telephone handset or push-to-talk microphone
Four modes of operation that are internally programmable via dip switches
Balanced local program input with separate level control
Visual and audible call signaling
Optional 4-wire daughter board for flexibility
Wall or console mountable, or optional V-Box for portable or desktop use
Built-in speaker

Whirlwind QBox Audio Line Tester, Speaker Intercom Test Box
ince its introduction in 1997 the Qbox has become one of Whirlwind's most successful "Black Boxes" ever.
The Qbox is the all-in-one audio line tester ideal for applications such as live sound, maintenance, installation work - anywhere audio runs down a cable. The Qbox includes a microphone, a speaker, a test tone generator, outputs for standard headphones, a 1/4" jack for line-in or a 2k Ohm (telephone) earpiece out. A handy clip attaches the Qbox to your belt or equipment rack.
Simply generate into or listen to audio at any point in your system from the mics to the power amps to quickly confirm which sections are working and which ones aren't. The Qbox can quick-check dynamic mics and cables without firing up the entire system. Use the built in mic or tone generator at three different levels for activating a signal path or identifying a specific cable in a pile of cable ends. Powered by a single standard 9V alkaline battery and housed in rugged ABS, the Qbox is light yet able to withstand the wear and tear of fieldwork.
For an instant hands-free intercom, just plug in headphones and hook up one Qbox on each end of a line and use the built-in microphone.
Use it to monitor a standard 3-wire intercom feed - LEDs confirm the presence of intercom or phantom power.
Use it as a squawk box to the stage from the main audio console during set-up. Works in a pinch as a handy, portable, powered monitor too.
The SOURCE section of the Qbox lets you send a tone or the signal from the built-in condenser mic at mic or line levels.
The SPEAKER volume control lets you confirm incoming signals at mic or line level.
A handy MONITOR switch allows the user to listen to a balanced signal or to two separate unbalanced signals on pin 2 or 3 (referenced to pin 1), such as a two-channel intercom.
A SPLIT switch disconnects the two XLRs from each other so tone or internal mic can be sent out of one XLR while you listen to what's coming back on the other. Or connect the XLRs together and "loop-through" or daisy-chain units.
The FSII-SPL is a splitter that connects multiple FreeSpeak II transceiver antennas to an Eclipse® HX matrix (via E-QUE-HX card) or a FreeSpeak II base station. The splitter provides up to five antenna feeds from one antenna port and has an SFP fiber slot for fiber connectivity.
Functions with FSII base, FreeSpeak Edge base, Arcadia Central Station, and E-IPA-HX cards
