BSS EC-4BBLKUS Ethernet Wall Controller w/ 4 Buttons for Amplifier Sound System

The Soundweb Contrio EC-4B is an Ethernet wall controller for use in Harman HiQnet systems. The EC-4B can control and monitor parameters within BSS Audio Soundweb London and other HiQnet devices, including Crown DCi series amplifiers. The EC-4B is available in black, and in single-gang US Decora form factor. The EC-4B contains a single Ethernet port for configuration, control, monitoring, and power via PoE. The EC-4B is configured via simple drag-and-drop operations within the software application HiQnet Audio Architect.
The EC-4B contains four buttons and one LCD screen. The buttons and LCD screen are multi-color backlit, capable of eight different colors with adjustable intensity.
The four buttons can be pressed for binary parameter control (e.g. mute), preset recall, or source selection.
The LCD screen has a screen resolution of 64x128 pixels, and can display custom text.
The EC-4B supports ‘sleep’ functionality. After a specified amount of time with no user input, the EC-4B can turn off all LEDs. This is useful to avoid distraction in a dimly lit environment. Any user interaction will ‘wake up’ the controller.
The EC-4B can be remotely locked and unlocked via other control systems. The EC-4B can be locally unlocked via a four-digit PIN entry on the buttons.

Why ARC’s are better: One true test of a sound system is how easily end users can operate it. Symetrix has developed the ARC series of wall panels for easy end user control of Symetrix DSP systems. ARC’s handle music source selection, volume control, paging control, room combining, and much more. Flexible and modular, they can be mixed and matched to provide any and every acoustic space with optimum user control.
Easy to implement: An important consideration when evaluating remote control options is ease of integration. Third-party control systems can be very expensive and require considerable expertise to program and deploy. ARC’s are programmed from the same software application used to configure Symetrix DSP hardware. Configuration and test take minutes, not days. Device IDs (where necessary) are assigned with rotary decimal switches. ARC control parameters are stored in the DSP hardware and can be easily recalled and modified should the need arise.
The ARC-EX4e is identical in function to the ARC-SW4e and provides a low cost method to expand the capabilities of either an ARC-SW4e or an ARC-K1e. The ARCEX4e cannot be used standalone nor can it be combined with an ARC-2e. Up to four ARC-EX4e’s may be combined with an ARC-K1e and up to three ARC- EX4e’s may be combined with an ARC- SW4e.

The ARC-2e is a menu-driven remote control for Symetrix DSPs with 24 menus each with up to 16 items used to control multiple basic functions or complex logic-based events including volume, presets, source selection, room combining and more. The 8-character backlit display supports up to thirty-one scrolling characters, providing user feedback for control assignments, default settings, and actions. The three buttons navigate menus, adjust parameters, and enable or disable the wall panel. The ARC-2e mounts in a single gang electrical box (US).
Navigation
Pressing the menu button moves the user through the menu names. The menu button also acts as a preset trigger when a preset list is scrolled. The up/down arrow buttons adjust parameter settings and scroll through preset lists. Holding the menu button and using the up/ down arrow keys move the user forward or backward through the menus.
Behavior
The wall panel’s behavior is programmable. Menu brightness in active and inactive states can be set independently so the display will dim in light-sensitive environments. When idle the ARC-2e can scroll a message and return to the top of its menu tree. Programmable upper and lower parameter limits contain ranges of adjustment and a button press lockout prevents tampering. The ARC-2e is furnished with a white faceplate and mounts in a single gang electrical box (US).

The professional broadcast-quality Cross Point buttons are backlit, and a brightness control is available for adjusting to bright daylight or dark performance spaces. A dedicated menu screen and audio volume knobs are easy to access from the front panel.
Switching Mode
The XS-62S offers multiple switching modes for different applications.
PGM/PST Mode
PGM/PST Mode functions as a traditional video switcher, complete with video composition features for grouping multiple images on one screen. Create compositions by layering a title or graphic with DSK and insetting a PinP window. You can check compositions with the Preview output, and then send them live to the Program output with a press of the Take button. It’s also possible to output different video content from the PGM bus and PST bus at the same time.
Dissolve Mode
Video switching and composition with cross-dissolve to the PGM bus is possible using Dissolve Mode. It’s easy to operate from the front panel, making it great for setups where the user directly operates the main unit in a meeting space or event. And like PGM/PST Mode, it’s possible to output different video content from the PGM bus and PST bus.
Matrix Mode
With Matrix Mode, you can send individual video input signals to different destinations on three buses. This is ideal for routing signals to multiple screens during events.
Video Composition
The PinP function provides traditional square and rectangle shapes, as well as circle, heart, and diamond shapes for unique effects. PinP cropping and split center adjustment is available, allowing you to tailor the composition for long, vertical smartphone screens and other sources. And with the DSK function, you can overlay titles, lyrics, logos, and more on top of composited video. Both luminance key (black/white) and chroma key (blue/green) functions are available.
Multi-View Output
The XS-62S can preview all six video inputs, two still images, PGM, and PVW to a single monitor via the Multi-View output. You can also display the menu with Multi-View, allowing you to make settings without changing your focus from the preview display. From Version 2.5, exchanging PGM/PVW windows and editing input label names is possible.
AUDIO
The XS-62S features an 18-channel audio mixer with four TRS inputs and an RCA stereo input, plus de-embedded stereo audio from the six video inputs. A built-in audio effects library added with Version 2.5 is packed with ready-to-go presets for common production scenarios including interviews, ambient sound recording, and wind noise elimination.
High-Quality Sound Processing
Each XS-62S audio channel offers powerful preamp functions and dynamics processing, including a high-pass filter, gate, compressor, three-band EQ, and delay. There’s also an audio-follows-video function, which automatically turns on an audio source when a specific video source is selected. A Solo bus was added with Version 2.0, and preamp/dynamics processing can be adjusted from the onscreen menu or accessed through the powerful RCS for Windows and macOS.
Auto Mixing
The Auto Mixing function ensures the correct mix for multiple panel participants at conferences by automatically adjusting levels across multiple audio sources, allowing the AV operator to focus on video switching. A channel-specific weighting assignment can be set, giving the moderator or priority audio channel a higher volume level.
Discrete Multi-Channel Audio Embedding
Embed up to eight analog audio inputs on separate channels on the SDI 1 and 2 outputs. Select from a variety of feeds—pre-effect (dry), post-effect and pre-fader (wet), or post-effect and post-fader (wet)—to meet your post-production needs after the live event. This feature is also useful for multi-language events, enabling you to record a voice-over or language translation on its own audio channel.
SMART TALLY

MULTI PTZ & REMOTE CAMERA CONTROL
When LAN-based PTZ cameras are called into action, take control from the XS-62S panel or RCS on a computer. The D-ALINP is a local input wall control panel that makes it possible to connect a music source and/or dynamic microphone. The connected music source (via stereo line-in summed to mono internally) and microphone (via XLR-input) have individual volume control. The built-in mic pre-amplifier and high-quality input transformer (to avoid ground loops) guarantees an exceptional audio quality. The line and microphone input are automatically mixed together so that only one input at your pre-amplifier or mixing amplifier is used. The XLR microphone input is not providing phantom power.

Symetrix ARC-3 White Adaptive Remote Control for DSP Audio System Wall Mount
The series of wall panels shall be designated in two groups – Adaptive Remote Controls (ARC) and standard Remote Controls (RCs).
ARCs may be divided by functionality into the Menu and Modular ARCs. The Menu ARC-3 shall include one 256×64 pixel resolution white on black OLED backlit display and three capacitive touch areas for menu selection and value increment/decrement. The Menu ARC-3 shall mount into a single gang electrical box (US/UK/EU) or surface mount with the included enclosure. Power and control shall be connected via two RJ45 connectors. The Menu ARC-2e shall include one 8-character backlit alpha-numeric display, one momentary button for menu selection, and two momentary buttons for value increment/decrement. The Menu ARC-2e shall mount in a standard U.S. single-gang box. Power and control shall be connected via two RJ45 connectors. Modular ARC wall panels shall consist of multiple models that mount in standard U.S. single-gang box, and shall be compatible with standard Decora® faceplates. ARC-K1e shall include one push-button rotary encoder, one eight-segment LED stack, and two status LED indicators; ARC-SW4e shall include four momentary buttons with four corresponding status LED indicators; ARC-EX4e shall include four momentary buttons with four corresponding status LED indicators. ARC’s handle music source selection, volume control, paging control, room combining, and much more. Flexible and modular, they can be mixed and matched to provide any and every acoustic space with optimum user control.
Easy to implement: An important consideration when evaluating remote control options is ease of integration. Third-party control systems can be very expensive and require considerable expertise to program and deploy. ARC’s are programmed from the same software application used to configure Symetrix DSP hardware. Configuration and test take minutes, not days. Device IDs (where necessary) are assigned with rotary decimal switches. ARC control parameters are stored in the DSP hardware and can be easily recalled and modified should the need arise.
The ARC-SW4e features four switches that are programmable as momentary, latched or radio buttons. ARC-SW4e provides simple control over mutes, source selection and preset triggering. Corresponding tri-color LEDs provide user feedback. LEDs may be linked to buttons, or, LEDs and buttons may be programmed independently. ARC-SW4e has an idle mode option for dimming in light sensitive environments. Hardware lockout pins support an installer supplied key switch.

The Whirlwind motor control allows control of up to 4 chain hoist motors from a rugged UL approved Portable Unit. These have 4 Sopac power hookups that go to your motor hoist. There are switches to raise up, down and stop the lighting rig or over head truss your wanting to raise up and down. Its equipped with UL circuit breakers for each channel. It does not require the yellow remote to operate effectively. If you already have a remote unit then you can hook up a long 5 pin DMX cable to operate from a greater distance.

Items must also include all original packaging, manuals & accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling charge.
Refunds are for the Item cost only. If the item was listed as free shipping then the cost of the shipment will be deducted from the units original cost. Gear returned with out all its original packaging, warranty cards and accessories or that shows signs of wear from use, will be subject to an additional service/restocking fee.
